Trying to get into The Seer by Swans, but I’m not sure if it’s for me.

    Allansson! Woo!

I am listening to a new song by Phosphorescent that is loads better than old songs by Phosphorescent (second track down).

Oh, and Portland Cello Project’s attempt at the Beck songbook. I like the tracks Jolie Holland sings on and not much else.

The Dream by the Orb. Gus likes electronica, which I hadn’t really explored much before.

    Loop 2.4.3 – American Dreamland

Mostly listening because supposedly Shara Worden is on here somewhere and because I like wacky percussion projects. Pretty trippy so far.

The new Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds song, We No Who U R.  Wooooow.

I also only just discovered “As I Sat Sadly By Her Side” the other night. Is everything he does this good?

I didn’t even know a single was out yet! Thanks!

I call myself a Nick Cave fan, but I don’t even think he is consistently great. Sometimes he is and other times he is just consistently the right amount of weird with perfect attitude and interesting lyrics. And that does the trick for me.
