Not sure if this has been posted yet, but Aaron produced Frightened Rabbit’s new album…

So one of my fav. bands has a new album produced by a member of my favorite band…can’t get any better for me…

    New single is amazing too…

I plan on purchasing the album of course, considering they are my 2nd fav. band behind The National, but I’m surprised the album hasn’t leaked yet, can’t take the wait any longer!

Incredible album! SO much better than I expected. I haven’t been a huge fan of any of their releases since Midnight Organ Fight (which is a modern classic). This is tremendous.

I’m just nearing the end of my first listen, and I’m not sure what to make of it. I guess my only real opinion of it right now is that I’m feeling jaded about every artist making the “bold leap” towards electronic instrumentation. It lacks character to my ears.

The album still sounds gorgeous, I’m just not confident it’s going to be a keeper for me. But, I’m one listen in, so that’s not a call to be making yet anyway. “Death Dream” really is lovely.

This is the only thing my ears want at the moment. I’ve loved all their albums but this one feels like a quantum leap forward in terms of sound. Cannot stop singing “Death Dream,” which is a little disconcerting…
