Dah, You don’t say!…… Just thought I would lob a hand-grenade Jane’s way to see if she is still paying attention to proceedings.

So are Jimbo, another uninnocent, CM1847, MultipleMike, and Rosemary. GuidedbyVodka transformed into comeunfantasma (although I assume she can still do super rock kicks.)

I’ve just now gotten the OK Hairy reference. This is the guy the joined during the Yuku era and posted all sorts of highly entertaining yet way over thought questions and theory’s about the band… Or was that Radiohead33…

LH is in love with another band. She has a-band-oned us. Nothing is certain. All is sea-change.

It is the ghost of her zombie monkey who is sailing this ship now.

Wow, seafret. terrible jokes, excellent album references, and poetic metaphors; all in just a couple of lines. I like what you are doing here…

    Who’s LH’s new band?

“Everything flows and nothing stays. There is nothing permanent except change.”

If not taken, Heraclitus should be your new nickname.

Today I revisited this forum, weeheey. I haven’t been here in ages, for some strange reason.
Also, today I’m very excited about getting my first own apartment. Such a nice little flat, in the middle of the city and close to school <3

    I am in love

    With Rickie Lee Jones’ Voice

How are you all then? Marre, good to know you’re moving house. I have boxes if you need them and stories if you don’t. Myself and my lady have moved 9 times in the last four years between us. Wowee.

Two nights ago a dove flew through my bedroom window, smashed the glass across the room so there were fine shiny splinters in the carpet and over the bedsheets, and I caught the dove in a box and carried it to the grassland behind our house where I let it fly into the darkness.

We are still picking glass out of our feet but it’s better to walk barefoot and get hurt than to never watch a wounded dove swoop into the wind and away from your reach.

What’s been shaking with you guys?

A dove? Where the hell you living? On your country estate?
Must have been Super-Dove to smash through a glass window then conjure up the strength to fly away after meekly surrendering to you….

I live very close to the river Medway in an old former prison at the edge of Chatham Dockyard. Where they filmed Les Miserables. WHICH I LOVED, that is what I have been doing since I got tired of all the shit conversations about rating songs on this forum, I have been watching Les Mis. Russell Crowe is my new idol.

    Also RIP Lou reed etc

I know Chatham – bit rough in places but tons of character.

Not all Les Mis filmed there also large chunks in Greenwich and Portsmouth and I agree it is pretty damn good although Sacha Baron Cohen hams it up a bit too much for me.

I had been a bit reluctant to watch the movie having loved the stage show but totally put off by seeing a DVD of the 25th anniversary concert with Alfie Boe as Jean Valjean and Nick Jonas as Marcus – like a school play.

I guess you know that Miss Saigon is being revived for London’s West End?
Tickets are already gold dust but Mr AHM if you like Les Mis and have not seen Miss Saigon, splash out and give Madame Holy Moses a real pre-nuptials treat!

Yesterday my daughter was walking around with cheeks like a hamster and I said:

“Ada, do you have grapes in your mouth?”

    Like whoa, life imitating art.
